Bellissima compilation (con tanto di copertina rubata a un vecchio classico) partorita dalla romana Hate records, che raccoglie il meglio del punk & roll italico dei nineties, con un occhio di riguardo per la scena capitolina. Da Roma arrivano infatti, oltre ai capostipiti UFO DIKTATORZ, gli ottimi BINGO (un 7' su Hate records e uno split con gli STP all'attivo), i ROCK'N'ROLL CLASS (solo un 7' su Hate), VARGIU AND THE HATERS (al debutto) e per finire i due gruppi dementi del lotto (non per questo meno bravi), i PUNK AL MURO e JOHNNY BOY AND THE BOOKMAKERS. Poi ci sono gli ASSHOLES che vengono da Latina e hanno un 7' all'attivo, gli esordienti BOOMERS da Cesena, e i più conosciuti TWO BO'S MANIACS (da Torino, due 7' pubblicati di cui uno diviso a metà con gli OBLIVIANS), TEMPORAL SLUTS (da Como) ed STP (nord-est/Milano).
Come già anticipato, si tratta per lo più di punk rock'n'roll settantasettino con una forte tendenza al lo-fi, accompagnato da un cantato, riportando quanto scritto sul retro-copertina, 'in puro fake english style'!
Per chi c'era e per chi no, per ricordare piccoli grandi gruppi che altrimenti rischierebbero di finire nel dimenticatoio.
