'Alamar' is a curious hybrid documentary centered on an alternate, simpler lifestyle on one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world. The focus is on relationships, parenthood, and fishing. Five-year-old Natan (Natan Machado Palombini) is told that he will spend a week with his father in the wilds of Banco Chorrico before moving back to Rome with his mother. Just a peaceful week of father-son bonding without drama.
